ModuRisk is a collaborative risk assessment and decision support platform built for the modular housing industry. It brings together developers, factories, lenders, insurers, government, and design partners to identify, assess, and manage risk across the full project lifecycle. By improving risk visibility, coordination, and decision making, ModuRisk helps reduce delays, cost overruns, and uncertainty that limit the scalability of modular housing. The platform is designed to support housing affordability initiatives across multiple markets, including Canada and the United States, by enabling more predictable and resilient modular construction projects.
